-5pm (weekend and evenings as needed for meetings & emergencies) Pay Rate: $22/hr-$25/hr (Depends on Experience/Skill Level)

Experience:

3+ years of Residential Property Maintenance Experience

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and overall safety of assigned properties. Your daily routine will include:

• System Maintenance:
  Perform general maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and small appliances. (HVAC experience is a plus, but generally handled by a 3rd party.)
• Turn & Repair:
  Handle light carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with the Property Manager, area suppliers, and outside contractors.
• Operations:
  Coordinate completed work orders with dispatch, manage purchase orders (POs), and submit paperwork to accounting.
• Upkeep:
  Maintain a clutter-free environment, care for tools, and handle light curb appeal duties like litter cleanup.

• Experience:
  
  3+ years of residential property maintenance experience.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma, GED, or trade school graduate.
• Certifications:
  
  Valid Driver's License and a CFC Universal Certification are required (a Contractor's License is highly desirable).
• Physical &
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to lift up to 80 pounds, operate gas and electric-powered machinery, and have a strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work indoors/outdoors and join a rotating evening/weekend on-call schedule for emergencies.
