Handyman​/Home Service Technician

Tru Blue Home Service Ally is a national franchise with more than 120 locations, delivering trusted handyman services, home safety modifications, and ongoing maintenance solutions. We specialize in helping seniors safely age in place while also supporting busy families with reliable home care. With a strong presence across the U.S., Tru Blue is recognized for its dependable, relationship-focused approach to home maintenance.

This position goes beyond completing repairs—it’s about building lasting relationships, demonstrating empathy, and consistently delivering exceptional service to every customer.

• Complete general home repairs and maintenance tasks with professionalism and attention to detail
• Assist with home safety modifications and accessibility improvements for aging clients
• Provide dependable, courteous service to homeowners and families
• Utilize skills in carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work
• Represent Tru Blue as a knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy service professional

• Experience in home repair or handyman services
• Dedicated to high-quality workmanship and safety standards
• Reliable, respectful, and professional in all customer interactions
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Hold a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation
• Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States

• Consistent, year-round work with stable hours
• Flexible scheduling supported by a strong office team
• Company vehicle and tools provided (depending on location)
