American Avenue Property Management (AA) seeks an HVAC Residential Maintenance Technician to lead service for Dayton single-family rentals. You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, sometimes install, work from your own truck, and document work in our app with minimal supervision.
Guarantees: 40 hours weekly, mileage reimbursement, quarterly bonus, dental and health coverage, and 2 weeks of PTO to start. EPA Universal, 3+ years’ experience, and your own tools are required.
