- Friday, 2nd shift - 3pm to 11:30pm, 3rd shift - 11pm to 7:30am Pay Rate: $25/hr to $35/hr (Depending heavily on years of experience, CNC diagnostics capability, and PLC/robotics exposure)

3 + years of Industrial Maintenance experience, with specific electrical systems, CNC controls, and robotic experience preferred

- What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly through high-level troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Mechanical & Electrical Systems:
Reading blueprints and schematics, troubleshooting 480V systems, AC/DC voltage testing, and inspecting/replacing ball screws, bearings, and hydraulic/pneumatic components. - CNC Controls:
Performing general diagnostics, interpreting alarms, machine recovery, and parameter backups. - Automation & Robotics:
Basic PLC ladder reading, HMI navigation, sensor troubleshooting, and robot recovery/alarm interpretation. - Safety & Operations:
Strictly adhering to LO/TO, Arc Flash, and PPE safety protocols while interacting with CMMS software to track preventative/predictive maintenance.
- What We Are Looking For
- A strong mechanical inclination with hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems, machine control panels, automation, and robotics.
- A solid understanding of machine diagnostics and a desire to learn new machine types.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and CMMS software).
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift between 10 and 80 lbs.
- A quality-oriented, reliable professional with an excellent attendance record who can serve as a great role model on the shop floor.
