McAfee Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Installer to join our family-oriented team in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. In this role, you'll install residential and light commercial heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems, including equipment, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and controls. You'll ensure quality, code-compliant installations, perform start-ups, and educate customers on system operation. Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems according to specifications and codes
- Perform ductwork, refrigerant piping, wiring, and equipment start-up
- Diagnose and correct installation issues to ensure system performance and safety
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about work performed and system operation
- Follow all safety procedures, maintain clean work areas, and care for company tools/vehicles
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing technical training
