What We're Looking For:
- 3 - 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily/property management
- HVAC expertise (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license preferred
- Willingness to respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis
