This is a well-rounded technician position for someone comfortable handling a variety of automotive repair work.

Responsibilities may include:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
• Perform drivability diagnostics
• Complete general repairs and maintenance
• Troubleshoot vehicle systems
• Complete accurate repairs efficiently
• Communicate repair findings with service advisors
• Follow dealership repair procedures and quality standards
• Maintain an organized and professional work area

The Ford location services a vehicle mix that is approximately 90-95% domestic
, but prior Ford-specific experience is not required.

• A-Level automotive repair and diagnostic ability
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable handling diagnostics, electrical, drivability, maintenance, and general repair
• Valid driver's license
• Own set of technician tools
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume shop
• Strong attention to quality and accuracy
• Willingness to learn dealership systems and processes

• Ford or domestic vehicle experience
• Dealership experience
• ASE certifications
• DVI experience

These are preferred, not required. Candidates from independent repair shops are also encouraged to apply.
