Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, meeting all mandated health requirements, documented evidence of a clear criminal record, food production skills, ability to comply with nutrition, health, and safety regulations, ability to apply basic mathematical concepts, and a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Abilities required include demonstrating professionalism, working cooperatively, communicating effectively, completing detailed paperwork accurately, reacting productively to interruptions and changing conditions, averting problem situations, lifting and moving food service supplies and equipment, maintaining an acceptable attendance record, and traveling to meetings and work assignments.
