Daybrea is seeking a Care Specialist for the Drop-In to support YYAs experiencing homelessness in Dayton. You will foster a safe, trauma-informed environment and provide crisis intervention, life skills support, and resource connections. Swing shift is 11:00am–7:00pm, with emphasis on emotional safety and stability.
The role requires crisis de-escalation, empathetic listening, and collaboration with outreach and security teams to maintain a positive living environment for youth.
