Daybreak in Dayton, Ohio seeks an Outreach Specialist to connect youth ages 18–24 experiencing homelessness with shelter and housing resources. You will conduct street outreach and provide face-to-face triage in shelters, drop‑in centers, and community settings to engage hard-to-reach youth.
You will build trusting relationships, use trauma‑informed care and motivational interviewing, document progress in Care Logic and HMIS, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to link youth
