Daybreak seeks an Outreach Specialist for the RONI Project to provide outreach, engagement, intervention, and case coordination for youth aged 14-21 facing housing instability or at risk of running away. You will conduct trauma-informed intake, safety planning, and crisis intervention, connecting youth to shelter, housing, and supportive services.
Responsibilities include responding to runaway reports, performing street outreach, and documenting progress in Care Logic and HMIS.
