Purpose of the role

• Order, receiver, print, and log appraisal reports, as well as communicate directly with appraisers when needed
• Give status updates to sales/support staff
• Escalate appraisal disputes to appropriate parties
• Work closely with appraisal management companies for properties located outside of the bank’s local footprint

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Job competencies

• Organized and dependable
• Analytical and attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Verbal and Written Communication
• Self-Motivated
