Sr. Full Stack Developer; Clearance Required

For more than forty-five years, we have partnered with the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community to develop innovative remote sensing tools and mission solutions.

• Design and implement new capabilities and custom software solutions to solve unique government customer problems
• Follow best practices to write well-tested, high performing code
• Identify and resolve issues found in existing code
• Integrate capabilities with external services and tools
• Participate in code reviews and mentor team members
• Communicate status and technical details with customers

The following minimum qualifications are required for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant STEM field
• Active DoD SECRET clearance or higher
• U.S. Citizenship required
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• 3+ years experience writing, maintaining, debugging, and testing code
• Experience developing web applications
• Experience with server-side languages, preference toward Python, and/or Golang, NodeJS
• Experience with frontend Single Page Application frameworks (i.e., React, Vue, and Angular)
• Experience with version control software (e.g., Git)
• Experience with bug/issue tracking software such as JIRA

• Experience with software container development (e.g., Docker)
• Experience with a variety of data storage technologies (document stores, object stores, relational databases, etc)
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm
• Experience using CI/CD pipelines including ArgoCD, Git Lab CI/CD, and Jenkins
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance

The pay range for this position is $88,000-$130,000. Sci Tec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
