Junior Software Developer – Dayton, Ohio | Full-time | Possible Hybrid remote/in-office work

Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Software Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to mission-critical projects, leveraging your expertise in full-stack development, cloud technologies, and Dev Ops practices to create scalable, high-performance applications.

• Full Stack Development:
  Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and secure.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Code Reviews:
  Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Architecture & Design:
  Contribute to architectural decisions, design patterns, and technology stack choices to meet business requirements.
• Testing & Debugging:
  Implement automated testing frameworks and debug complex issues to ensure high-quality code.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends, continuously improving the development process and suggesting enhancements.
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain technical documentation for architecture, design, and code to support ongoing development and maintenance.

• Front-end & Back-end Development:
  Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Java, .NET Core, Python) for building scalable and secure applications.
• Infrastructure & Tools:
  
  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), Dev Ops practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization), database management (SQL, No
  
  SQL), test automation, and version control systems.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  1-5 years of experience in full stack development
• Technical
  
  Skills:
• o Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Angular.
• o Strong back-end development skills in languages like Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET Core.
• o
  
  Experience with database design and management, including SQL and No
  
  SQL databases.
• o Familiarity with cloud services (AWS) and experience deploying applications in a cloud environment.
• o Knowledge of Dev Ops practices including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git).
• o Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• o Experience with APIs to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models
• o Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools and experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models
• o Experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server database and Microsoft .NET development environment
• o Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Experience with micro-services architecture and RESTful API design

SALARY RANGE: $65-$75K based on experience and qualifications.
