Responsibilities- Utilize new technologies and tools to modify products and provide integration with applications developed internally and externally (10%).
- Participate in new application development and existing system enhancements by coding system features according to system designs (25%).
- Maintain existing application programs by fixing bugs or clearing up operational deficiencies in both previously released software and software slated for future release (5%).
- Achieve departmental goals and timelines (5%).
- Perform other duties as assigned (5%).
- Assure program, module and system integrity through thorough testing and adherence to company standards and procedures (10%).
- Work through all phases of the software development life cycle, including research, design, analysis, requirements, implementation, test automation, and maintenance (10%).
- Prepare and modify program and system documentation (10%).
- Participate in analyzing, designing, writing and testing code, documenting and implementing functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well-integrated application systems (15%).
- Provide guidance to less experienced team members to ensure knowledge transfer and training are successfully meeting department goals (5%).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, or related discipline, or foreign equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in software development with database technology.
- 5 years of experience in each of: .NET or C#, XML/XSD/XSLT, Visual Studio, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Type Script, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
- Must work in the office at least 3 days per week; may work remotely up to 2 days per week within the same MSA as the worksite.
