Job SummaryA well‑established, family‑oriented manufacturing company seeks a Full Stack Developer for its internal IT team. This highly visible role involves working directly with leadership to support critical business systems and drive operational improvements.
Responsibilities- Maintain and enhance internal Python/Django web applications
- Support EDI processes and automation initiatives
- Manage and optimize SQL Server databases and reporting
- Build custom tools and solutions to improve workflows
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications
- Collaborate closely with operations and business teams
Python | Django | JavaScript | SQL Server | SSIS | IIS | WMS Integrations
Qualifications- Hands‑on experience with Python and Django
- Strong SQL Server/database knowledge
- Front‑end experience with Java Script
- Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable in a small IT team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- No regular travel required
- Experience matters more than formal education
