Primary Responsibilities:- Develop and integrate system models (satellites, radars, aircraft, missiles, command & control) into a large-scale, many-on-many AFSIM simulation environment.
- Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team of government and contractor staff.
- Create AFSIM representations of space and ground systems for AF/DoD use, applying engineering judgment to address intelligence gaps and accurately model real-world systems.

- Experience with AFSIM (Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling), including extensions and plug-ins.
- Strong English-language writing and briefing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a highly technical, collaborative environment.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a mixed government-contractor setting.
- Master's degree in CS, CE, EE, or related field.
- Prior experience at WPAFB, working with Intelligence Community models and all-source analysis.
- Familiarity with radars, aircraft, missiles, space vehicles, and tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, and Simulink Coder.
If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling. At Leidos, we outthink, outbuild, and outpace the status quo — because the mission demands it. We're not hiring followers. We're recruiting the ones who disrupt, provoke, and refuse to fail. Step 10 is ancient history. We're already at step 30 — and moving faster than anyone else dares.
