Senior Modeling & Simulation Architect

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Senior M&S Architect and AFSIM SME to design, develop, and maintain mission level simulation scenarios and architecture.

• Support regression testing of new simulation features and validate fixes against DR/CR tickets.
• Perform reproduction steps, document outcomes, and assist with automated test execution.
• Create mission level AFSIM scenarios and core framework extensions.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of C++ or Python development.
• Minimum 5 years of AFSIM development.
• Effective writing and communication skills.
• Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Demonstrated ability to design and maintain M&S architectures that support complex training and analysis needs.

• Integration of AFSIM with other federates such as AFMSTT, ASCCE, or BLCSE.
• Familiarity with cloud-based M&S execution environments.
• Experience with performance tuning and scalability in large AFSIM runs.
• Prior involvement in Air Force exercises or events where AFSIM was a primary tool.
