Production Field Assistant-Part Time

We are a rapidly expanding exterior home remodeling company looking for a hard-working Production Field Assistant to join our company. This position will be responsible for delivering materials to and from various job sites throughout the day. You will be operating company vehicles, so a valid driver s license and a clean driving record are a must. You will work under the close supervision of our Production Management Team.

This is a great long-term employment opportunity in a family-friendly environment. Salary range based on experience. Basic carpentry skills are a plus, but not required. Part-time with the possibility of full-time.

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles in a safe and professional manner
• Ensure a yard sign is properly placed at every job site
• Inspect the condition and quantity of received materials
• Properly place received materials in the correct warehouse locations
• Verify product descriptions, condition, amounts, etc.
• Accurately complete paperwork (Pick Tickets, Inventory Count Sheets, etc.)
• Moving materials in the yard and warehouse as needed
• Staging job materials for crews
• Double-checking all loads for accuracy and ensuring that they are thoroughly secured for delivery
• Delivering product to the job site in required vehicles
• Ensuring job sites are clean after the job has been completed
• Performing all duties safely
• Providing superior customer service
• Adhere to and understand safety policies and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by management requirements
• Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place

• Must be over the age of 21
• Valid Driver s License
• Must have own transportation to and from the Warehouse
• Experience driving a truck and trailer is helpful but not required
• High school diploma or certification in a skilled trade
• Fluency in English;
  Spanish a plus
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers (both written and verbal)
• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions
