Watkins Heating & Cooling is looking for a dependable and hardworking Driver & Warehouse Logistics Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and supporting a fast‑paced HVAC operation through safe driving and warehouse coordination.

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to job sites and company locations
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries and pickups
• Load and unload materials while securing items properly for transport
• Maintain delivery logs and communicate with warehouse and field teams
• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company driving standards

• Assist with daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, and distributing materials
• Help organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse environment
• Support inventory tracking, stocking, and supply management
• Prepare materials for technician pickups and job site needs
• Coordinate logistics to ensure parts and equipment are available when needed
• Assist with shipping, returns, and general warehouse tasks as assigned

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience driving box trucks or company delivery vehicles preferred
• Warehouse, logistics, or construction/HVAC industry experience a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, team‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on, blue‑collar environment
