Pride Staff, a national workforce solutions firm, is seeking compassionate, reliable drivers for a leading Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) provider in Dayton. This is more than just a driving job-it's a vital service that ensures members of our community get to their life-saving medical appointments safely and on time.
Compensation, Shift, & Location Details
- Pay Structure: $1.00/loaded mile + $7.00 Entry Fee every time a client enters your vehicle
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Location: Montgomery County, OH
- Experience: 1-2 years of driving experience required, preferably with experience in caregiving or customer service
As an NEMT Driver, you are a professional partner in a patient's healthcare journey. Your responsibilities include:
- Safe Transport: Providing door-to-door transportation for clients to medical appointments, clinics, and hospitals.
- Patient Assistance: Helping customers in and out of your vehicle and ensuring they reach the specific office or department they need.
- Reliability: Following a daily pickup schedule to ensure no one misses a vital appointment.
- Professionalism: Offering a friendly, comfortable, and "customer-centric" experience for every passenger.
- Communication: Utilizing navigation apps and staying in touch with your supervisor regarding route specifics.
