Job Requirements and Duties

Applicants must be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access an insured vehicle for delivery, and have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.

Primary responsibilities include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, completing inventory paperwork, and cleaning equipment and facilities on a daily basis.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided. Employees must comprehend written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person, and perform order entry using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide; make correct monetary change
• Fast and accurate motor coordination for quick precise movements
• Enter orders on computer or touchscreen
• Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and deliveries while carrying product

Work can involve varying temperature, exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, moving mechanical parts, and adverse weather while delivering.

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed standing; walking on tile with linoleum
• Walking and carrying between store and vehicle, delivering to customer location
• Sitting:
  Paperwork completed at desk
• Lifting:
  Unload bulk products (up to 50 lbs) using hand truck; stack cases to 72"
• Carrying:
  Full cans, pizza sauce, dough trays (~12 lbs each)
• Pushing and pulling:
  Move trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lbs force
• Climbing/stooping/bending:
  Navigate stairs, bend at assembly station (30‑45 secs continuously), crouch/squat for stocking shelves
• Reaching:
  Frequent upward and downward reaching up to > 72"
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas and flyers within designated area per shift

• Deliver product by car to customer’s door
• Deliver flyers and door hangers

Use of pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels may be required.

Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and insured vehicle required.
