Job Description
CDL A Hazmat Driver – Dayton, OH (AMG) – Bulk cryo logistics. Shift requirements: nights and weekends. The role involves driving a commercial motor vehicle (tractor‑trailer) long distances to transport and off‑load compressed and liquefied industrial gases safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Drive tractor‑trailer combinations to transport and off‑load compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or storage sites.
- Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to identify maintenance needs and act accordingly.
- Report all accidents, injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints to supervisors immediately.
- Complete and submit required reports in accordance with DOT and company policy.
- Specialize in hauling liquid nitrogen and oxygen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a driver of tractor‑trailer vehicles.
- Class A CDL with Haz Mat and Tanker endorsements.
- High school diploma or GED; two years of technical college or military technical experience.
- Preferably 3 years of Haz Mat or Tanker experience.
