Freight Dispatcher/Broker
RIDE CDL is hiring Freight Dispatchers and Brokers with proven experience in booking and managing Flatbed (FB) and Step Deck (SD) trailers. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in the industry and a strong understanding of load planning and carrier relations.
Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 annually (CPM based)
Contract Type: Independent Contractor
Responsibilities- Book and schedule freight shipments for FB and SD trailers.
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate rates.
- Plan loads and optimize routes to meet delivery schedules.
- Minimum of three years experience in freight dispatching or brokerage.
- Proficiency with load planning software and carrier communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as a contractor.
