National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS) seeks a Contractor in Charge (CIC) in Dayton, OH to oversee construction, maintenance and safety compliance for freight railroads, transit systems, state DOTs and rail industry partners.
The CIC will lead on-site safety, coordinate with train dispatchers and supervisors, conduct job briefings, monitor track conditions and ensure FRA compliance (49 CFR 214) while working 50–85% travel and supporting field teams.
