Shipping and Receiving Clerk

FC Industries Inc., a family-owned precision metal manufacturer in Dayton, OH, is seeking a reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our mid shift. In this on-site role, you'll handle daily shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks that keep production running smoothly. Responsibilities include inspecting and documenting incoming materials, preparing and packaging outgoing shipments, operating forklifts and material handling equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records in our systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders
• Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments to customer and carrier requirements
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or warehouse systems
• Label, organize, and store materials to support efficient production flow
• Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Follow safety, quality, and 5

• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics to meet shipping deadlines
