Warehouse Associate

McAfee Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support our busy HVAC operations in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. In this role, you will receive, organize, and stage HVAC equipment, parts, and materials for residential and light commercial jobs. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, pulling and preparing orders for install and service crews, maintaining accurate inventory, keeping the warehouse clean and safe, and assisting with occasional deliveries.

You'll work in a family-oriented, team-focused environment with opportunities to learn the HVAC trade, develop technical and customer service skills, and grow with a stable local company.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming HVAC equipment, parts, and materials
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for installation and service crews
• Load and unload trucks safely using proper material-handling methods
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and update stock locations
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with packing, labeling, and tracking outgoing orders
• Support occasional deliveries to local job sites as needed
• Communicate with office and field teams to ensure timely material availability
