• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop‑off to delivery.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Partner with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure the best experience.
• Maintain communication with customers, providing updates on the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to confirm all aspects of damages are identified.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating systems (CCC1 preferred).
• I‑CAR/ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.
