You will lead continuous improvement projects, develop equipment specs, and implement cellular manufacturing while guiding cross-functional teams.
The role reports to Operations Leadership, requires 8–10 years in engineering with Lean Six Sigma, and a Bachelor's degree. Travel up to 10% may be involved.
