La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a production upholsterer for the PM shift (5PM–2:30AM). The role involves hands-on assembly of furniture, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You will work in a team, follow Kan Ban processes, and use staple guns and power tools to build components from frame to packaging.
The position requires basic reading/writing, in-house training completion, and basic computer skills. A physically demanding but rewarding role in a leading furniture company.
