BAC (Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc.) in Dayton, TN is seeking a Plant Manufacturing Engineer II to lead manufacturing improvement projects, drive cost-out initiatives, and enhance equipment reliability.
You will partner with engineering, maintenance and operations to optimize OEE, MTBF and TPM, develop capital expenditure justifications, and mentor teams in lean techniques. A BS in engineering and 5+ years of hands-on fabrication or process improvement experience are required.
