Hearth Hospice is seeking a Full-Time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to support patients and families in Dayton and Spring City, TN. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on compassionate end-of-life care.
The RN will collaborate with the Clinical Director, deliver skilled nursing care, educate families, and participate in call coverage to ensure timely, quality care for patients and their loved ones.
