Shad and his team are working with a PE backed client in the Deer Park, Texas area that is adding to the team with an operational accounting manager. This role reporting into the controller will have a peer who leads the general ledger function. This role will be a working leader role that will have a couple of team members reporting into the role.

This person should have a mastery of the balance sheet and be a champion for AP operations and AR and cash. This person should have working knowledge and be able to demonstrate knowledge of sum/ifs, v/x lookups and other Microsoft Excel tools. A candidate that is a senior accountant that is ready to step up into the next step will be considered for this opportunity.

Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, five plus years of accounting, ERP experience a plus and mastery of Excel a must. Company's compensation make up is base salary, discretionary bonus and benefits.
