As General Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the property while creating a welcoming environment for guests, supporting your team, and ensuring the park is maintained to the highest standards. • Lead all daily park operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Recruit, train, coach, and lead on-site team members
• Manage reservations, occupancy, and revenue performance
• Oversee budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained through regular inspections
• Coordinate maintenance projects and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
• Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and long-term residents
