Cleaning Technician

Breezeway Dynamics LLC is seeking a Cleaning Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients in Dayton, TX.

The Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing routine and scheduled cleaning tasks to ensure assigned areas meet established cleanliness and hygiene standards. This part-time role focuses on delivering reliable, detail-oriented service while maintaining professionalism and consistency throughout each shift.

You will work independently or as part of a team to complete cleaning assignments, uphold safety practices, and support a positive environment for staff and visitors.

• Perform cleaning duties for assigned areas, following established procedures and schedules

• Sanitize and disinfect surfaces, restrooms, and high-touch areas to maintain hygiene standards

• Remove trash, replenish supplies, and maintain orderly work areas

• Report cleaning needs, damaged items, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contact

• Use cleaning equipment and supplies properly and safely, adhering to safety guidelines

• Good attendance

• Have excellent communication skills

• Ability to work onsite in Dayton, TX in a part-time schedule

• At least 1-year prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred, with a strong willingness to learn

• Consistent attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning checklists or procedures

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical cleaning tasks for the duration of a shift

• Professional conduct and reliability in completing assigned work on time

• Fluent in English (basic English is acceptable)

• Experience cleaning commercial or residential environments with established standards

• Familiarity with safe use of cleaning chemicals and basic sanitation practices

• Comfort working independently and managing your time to meet daily expectations

• Experience with basic cleaning equipment and tools

• A strong customer-focused mindset and respectful communication with others
