Senior Project Manager

Grizzly Industrial Group is growing and we’re looking to add a Senior Project Manager for Heavy Industrial Construction to our team in Dayton, Texas, supporting Oil/Gas/Petrochemical and Heavy Industrial projects across the Gulf Coast region. We provide Civil, Mechanical, and Instrumentation/Electrical construction services to our customers.

This is a full-time, leadership-level role reporting directly to our Director of Projects
.

• This position is onsite and local only.
• We are not considering relocation or remote candidates.
• Applicants must already live in the Greater Houston / Texas Gulf Coast area.

• Lead industrial construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Work closely with estimating, scheduling, field teams, and quality control.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and project reporting.
• Interface directly with clients, inspectors, and owner representatives.
• Support and mentor project and field teams.
• Limited regional travel as required.

• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial construction.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management preferred (Extensive relevant experience may substitute).
• Strong background in scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships.
• Must be local to the Gulf Coast region.

• Base salary: $115,000 – $150,000 (Pay based on experience and qualifications).
