• 2+ years current Med Surg ACUTE hospital experience
• 1:5 nurse to patient ratios
• Meditech EMR proficiency
• AHA BLS certification required
• Valid Kentucky or compact license
• Driver's license required
• Must be able to float within scope of practice every other weekend
• Must reside within 75 miles of the facility
• Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated

• All facilities work a schedule of 36/48 for the two-week pay period unless notated otherwise on job order
• Ratios may fluctuate with census calls, etc.
• Orientation is bi-weekly
• Start date on job is start date needed
