Schedule:
Hybrid after you convert to permanent (3 days in office, 2 WFH)
Hours:
Monday–Friday 8am–5pm
Compensation: $22/hr - $23/hr

- Creates manual invoices in company software, and researches/determines appropriate coding for miscellaneous invoice requests.
- Creates customer invoice adjustments and write-offs.
- Follows up with business contacts on the collection of payments for outstanding invoices, documents collection notes within Workday, and provides status updates to management.
- Monitors/creates manual billing schedules (determine appropriate type, billing terms, dates, etc.) from revenue contracts for various companies.
- Distributes invoices daily to customers for multiple companies, including those with special handling instructions.
- Uses import files for the uploading of invoices, billing schedules, and journal entries into company software.
- Completes New Vendor Setup Forms when required by customers.
- Assists with gathering information for the internal and external audits.
- Ability to manage, maintain and provide input and support on improving processes.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Associates Degree Required or additional experience can substitute this.
- 3+ years experience with full cycle AR (AR Invoicing, Billing, Collections).
- Medium to large company experience required!
- Experience with a large ERP system, Workday a huge plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (communicate with customer, vendors, other business personnel, etc.).
- Proficient with accounting systems and experience with Microsoft Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products with strong knowledge of Excel – must be trainable to learn Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to identify accounting problems and generate reasonable solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
