The role focuses on controlling expenses by processing invoices and expense reports, reconciling accounts, and maintaining vendor records in compliance with IRS regulations and university policies.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will code transactions, audit supporting documents, generate payment files, and provide monthly financial reporting.
