R26 Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.  This position will report to the Daytona Beach Office, full time  ## Summary Organizes, scans and files medical records and other documents received from customers to support a paperless workflow. Process rated age requests. Process mail received at office location both inbound and outbound.

Prepare physical checks from accounting for outbound mailing. Prepare inbound paper medical bills and Medicare letters for processing. Prepare and mail customer packets.## Essential Duties and Functions
* Sorts, organizes and scans all medical records (to include online and printed pages) and other documents related to IMPAXX/ Bridge Pointe referrals.
* Scans and verifies medical bills and Medicare letters electronically.
* Processes inbound and outbound physical mail.
* Reviews pertinent medical records for rated age request, sends the request to assigned broker and follow up to obtain.
* Pulls and properly disposes of files for closed referrals on “destroy” list.
* Types variety of materials, including envelopes, labels and other correspondence as needed.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
* Basic Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite##

Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis and Environmental Conditions
* Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communications 7 – 8 hours per day.
* Vision sufficient for the use of computer monitors 7 – 8 hours per day.
* Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse, and telephone 7-8 hours per day.
* Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient to sort, organize paper records up to 7-8 hours per day
* Ability to sit and/or stand within a confined cubicle or workstation for 7 – 8 hours per day.
* Ability to reach, squat, stoop and bend
* Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. without assistance
* Ability to work in a work environment where noise from office equipment is usually present
* Work is done primarily indoors, office environment
* Noise from office equipment is usually present
