• Supply Management:
  Receive, store, and catalog medical supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely restocking of patient care areas.
• Patient Care Coordination:
  Assist in preparing patient appointments, updating medical records.
• Administrative Support:
  Provide administrative support to the facility, including answering phones, responding to routine inquiries, and performing data entry tasks.
• Quality Control:
  Monitor and maintain a clean and organized supply room, ensuring compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

  Work closely with clinical staff, nurses, and other support personnel to ensure seamless communication and coordinated patient care.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive patient information.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic computer skills.
