Position SummaryThis position is responsible for assisting the provider development section with assignments and tracking of activities as well as coordination with other administrative support staff within the region to ensure administrative functions are conducted timely to promote regional operations.
The Work You Will DoRetrieve and record Provider Discovery Reports (PDR) posted daily from QIO/Delmarva. Monthly reports to both internal and external stakeholders and assignment/tracking of “other Discovery source” PORs and QIO Health & Safety Alerts as needed.
Provides administrative support to the QA/QI Unit, the QI Regional Program Administrator and Regional Program Supervisor which includes preparing correspondence and reports, filing, training registration, mail distribution, and the processing of travel for the Northeast QI Unit.
Answers phone and email inquiries timely and routes complex inquiries to the appropriate staff.
Assists in coordination of work assignments within the Regional Office including phone and receptionist duties.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications- Must have at least two years of professional experience in related field.
Knowledge of:
- ABC, iBudget, FMMIS, FSFN, AHCA Clearinghouse, QIO/Delmarva Portal, CCIS, CSIS, SharePoint.
Demonstrate Skills in:
- Microsoft Office Suite software, and other Agency implemented software.
