This is a full-time, on-site role based in Daytona Beach, FL, for an Administrative Coordinator in the Accounting and Finance Departments at Halifax Health. The Administrative Coordinator will perform essential administrative support tasks such as organizing schedules, maintaining records, and coordinating departmental communications. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with projects, supporting department and senior leadership, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to professionally interact with team members, organizational, and community partners.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and electronic file organization.
- Basic knowledge of Finance to assist with budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and ensure efficiency in operations.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Prior experience in administrative roles, particularly in healthcare, is a plus.
