Westminster Canterbury is seeking to fill a part‑time Desk Clerk position at our senior living community in Daytona, FL. This position is primarily responsible for overseeing the front desk and reception area, patrolling the community and exterior of the property for this residential building, and monitoring the public address and emergency alerting system. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am–4:00 pm.
Possible fill in for additional needed shifts.
- Answers phone and greets/directs visitors.
- Updates spreadsheets, databases and prepares documents for the Administrator.
- Prepares the call‑out report.
- Alerts the Administrator to any unusual activity.
- Follows and enforces general guidelines of the community.
- Completes rounds of exterior of the property.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED); and three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
