Job Title: Intake Specialist
Job Location:In-office, Daytona Beach, FL
Employment Type:Full-time
- Performs duties of Supervisor, in the event of their absence
- Prepares and sends Letters of Representation to insurance companies
- Sends electronic authorization forms to client and processes when returned
- Requests and Processes Accident Reports by entering information into Firm Case Management Software
- Conducts Client Intakes
- Initiates claims with insurance company(ies)
- Other assignments and projects as assigned by Management
- Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills, including compassion and empathy
- Excellent understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
