Platform Operations Specialist

Tuvoli is transforming how private aviation does business. Our platform combines a powerful charter booking toolset with a modern, secure payment solution that simplifies and accelerates transactions across the industry.

We are seeking a Platform Operations Specialist to lead implementation and launch execution for new customers joining the Tuvoli platform. This role is responsible for guiding charter operators and brokers from kickoff through successful go-live, ensuring their operational workflows, fleet data, and payment processes are accurately configured and ready for daily use.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining operational problem-solving, technology, and aviation, and who takes ownership of delivering successful customer launches.

Own end-to-end implementation from kickoff through go-live for new customers

Serve as the primary operational point of contact during implementation

Configure customer accounts, operational settings, and payment workflows within the Tuvoli platform

Gather and validate fleet and operational data to ensure accuracy and launch readiness

Deliver structured training sessions aligned with each customer’s operational workflow

Drive early adoption by integrating Tuvoli into customers’ day-to-day quoting and payment processes

Identify and remove implementation roadblocks while keeping projects on schedule

Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and continuous platform improvement

Travel as needed to support onsite implementation and customer launches

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

2+ years experience in implementation, operations, onboarding, or project ownership roles

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide customers through operational change

Comfortable learning and configuring technical platforms and workflows

Process-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Experience with payments, financial workflows, or transactional platforms is a plus

Background in private aviation, charter operations, or strong interest in aviation preferred
