The role is Manager in Training (MIT) with Silvercote, a Service Partners Company that is the leading distributor of residential insulation products and related accessories. The MIT program provides comprehensive training across warehouse operation, customer service, logistics, and sales, with a focus on enhancing profitability and ensuring company policy compliance.

• Gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under the direction of experienced professionals.
• Complete training in multiple departments such as warehouse operation, customer service, logistics, and sales.
• Enhance profitability by enforcing company policy compliance.
• Learn every aspect of running a branch operation and be open to learning new things.
• Work in varied environments, including warehouse and office settings.
• Provide solid presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computers and equipment (forklift, light-duty machinery, etc.).
• Build strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Relocate for a permanent assignment as required.
• Willingness to travel more than 40% of the time for training.

• Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 2 years of experience in production, logistics services, or construction/supply‑chain related industry.
• Preferably experience in operations management within production, logistics, building materials, or construction.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Physical requirements:
  
  prolonged standing, repetitive motions (bending, stooping, pushing, pulling), good hand‑eye coordination, dexterity, physical strength, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
