Manager in Training (MIT) position designed to develop future branch managers through comprehensive cross‑departmental training and hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, customer service, logistics, and sales.

• Gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under the direction of experienced professionals.
• Complete comprehensive training covering warehouse operation, customer service, logistics, and sales while enhancing profitability by ensuring company policy compliance.
• Learn and manage all aspects of running a branch operation, including staffing, inventory, and customer relations.
• Work in diverse environments, including warehouse and office settings.
• Demonstrate solid presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Operate computers and equipment such as forklifts and light‑duty machinery.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Relocate for a permanent assignment as required.
• Travel more than 40% of the time for training and implementation activities.

• Work in warehouse operation and office environment that may require prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Coordinate hand–eye movements and maintain dexterity for operating equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed for job duties.

• Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging.
• Possess a valid driver’s license if required to operate a company vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 2 years of experience in production, logistics services, or construction/supply‑chain related industry.
• Operations management experience preferred in production, logistics, building materials, or construction.
• Minimum age 18 years.
