Job Description The Opportunity Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a highly organized and student-focused Front Office Coordinator to support the Center for International Education (CIE) at the Daytona Beach Campus. This position serves as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors while supporting international student services, study abroad initiatives, and international engagement programs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and demonstrate exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a welcoming and supportive student experience while assisting with front office operations, assessment initiatives, and administrative coordination across the department. Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and electronically while identifying appropriate referral pathways and university resources. Support international student services, study abroad initiatives, international student engagement, and English language programming operations. Maintain a welcoming, organized, and culturally responsive office environment that promotes positive student experiences.

Coordinate front office operations, including digital signage, informational displays, office materials, and reception area presentation. Monitor and maintain office supply inventory and communicate operational or maintenance needs as appropriate. Maintain accurate records of office traffic, student inquiries, and service trends to support departmental assessment and reporting initiatives. Assist with document routing, imaging, records coordination, and information management procedures. Identify recurring student concerns or operational trends and communicate observations to leadership to support continuous improvement efforts.

Provide administrative and operational support for departmental communications, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of Center operations and student success initiatives.
