Job Description Responsibilities- Gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under the direction of experienced professionals.
- Complete comprehensive training covering duties in Production, Sales Operations, and other related departments as it pertains to our insulation business.
- Be open to learning new concepts, willing to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running a branch operation.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle.
- Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services.
- Operations Management experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate for a permanent assignment as needed.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including standing, walking on uneven ground, bending, lifting under 25 lbs., and traveling between locations.
